By accessing our website, mobile application, or renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or legal driving age)
- Hold a valid driving license
- Provide accurate and complete registration details
- Not be disqualified from driving under applicable law
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
EVICE RENTALS provides electric vehicles (EVs) for short-term rental use subject to availability and operational conditions.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
- Follow all traffic and road safety laws
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
- Not sublet or transfer the vehicle
- Return the vehicle on time and in proper condition
- Pay all applicable charges and penalties
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- Rental fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Security deposit may be required
- Late return fees apply
- Damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit
- Traffic fines are the rider’s responsibility
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EVICE RENTALS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Maximum liability shall not exceed the rental amount paid.
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate services for:
- Breach of Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Safety concerns
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
